The home's five bedrooms are furnished as three bedrooms, an office, and separate casita with bath and kitchenette. Each upstairs bedroom is equipped with blackout curtains. Ceiling height is 11ft downstairs and 10ft upstairs. You'll find vintage-style Malibu tile downstairs, gorgeous Adex tile upstairs, and original Habsburg tile on the veranda. The floors are Brazilian chestnut engineered for Miami's climate. Bathrooms are by Toto, Brizo, and Kohler. The kitchen comes from Italian manufacturer Veneta Cucina and appliances by Thermador. Interior design by Suzy Foy and Associates, who specialize in Mediterranean Revival interiors.
